Syntax and semantics of Modern English (also treated contrastively, in comparison with Modern Polish). In particular: the semantics of adjective comparison, generic use of determiners, conditional sentences, categorization of verbs, the grammar and pragmatics of forms of address (in English and Polish)
The influence of English upon Polish, both at the lexical and the syntactic level
